Meet Ashley!

I'm a researcher and entrepreneur who's passionate about helping businesses get to know their users and use this information to better align business needs and user needs. This creates a win-win situation where both the business and their end users can thrive!

When I was young I decided that I wanted to help people when I grew up, but didn't really know what that meant. Then, when I was in high school an aunt told me about a field of study called Human Factors Psychology and said her life's work was to "make things more people friendly" - I knew this was my calling too. So I set my course and after receiving a double major B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice, I began my graduate studies. I completed my master's, then got a "real" job and let life take over for a bit. At one point I wasn't sure I would be able to finish my PhD, but I decided it was important and made it happen, while raising a family and working full time. The last decade has been a wild ride, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I've been able to work on some really fun projects and meet a lot of great people in the product design world. At the heart of it all was understanding pain points to solve simple and complex problems.
